The opportunity
AJW Group is looking for a Supplier Executive to manage a set group of suppliers and spend as agreed with the Head of Supplier Management. Youll be responsible for achieving clear measurable targets around supplier performance and cost savings.
Responsibilities include:
Manage supplier performance and ensure compliance with company policies.
Lead regular supplier meetings and visits acting as a key point of contact for any issues.
Drive improvements in cost delivery contract quality and risk.
Monitor KPIs report on performance and support cost-saving targets.
Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
Stay informed on market trends and support strategic supplier decisions.
Support other tasks as needed by the Supplier Management team.
Job requirements
About you
Experience in procurement supplier management and repairs
Aviation industry experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confident analysing spend and market data
Able to manage supplier performance and due diligence
Detail-oriented adaptable and comfortable with change
Good at working with stakeholders and handling varied tasks
