Our current client is a leading Scandinavian transportation and logistics company with a strong presence on the Bulgarian market. On their behalf we are looking for an experienced Sales and Contractor Relations Executive who would be willing to join their team. If you are curious about this exciting opportunity then this might be the chance you have been waiting for!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify qualify and prioritize new subcontractor opportunities for the company;
  • Research the market to uncover prospects and prepare executive summaries that support the full procurement process;
  • Reach out to potential haulers via phone email social media and in-person meetings (including business travels);
  • Build and deliver business proposals negotiate terms and drive successful agreements;
  • Develop and maintain sustainable long-term relationships with subcontractors;
  • Collaborate closely with business managers to refine our value proposition and pitch;
  • Act as a trusted partner to haulers proactively solving some challenges.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the transport and logistics industry will be considered an advantage;
  • Proven experience in sales business development or a similar role;
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in collaboration with partners;
  • Strong persuasion negotiation and influencing abilities;
  • Driven energetic and self-motivated personality;
  • Good command of MS Office;
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken;
  • A proactive solution-oriented mindset.

DSV е логистична компания с над 1000 камиона от доставчици/превозвачи. Работата на човекът ще е точно това да търси и преговаря с превозвачи!

Основни дейности: продажби (търси нови клиенти) комуникация по телефон с клиенти и превозвачи основно на английски език. Немски език е плюс.

Профил: Идеалният профил си е sales човек с опит в логистиката. Могат да разгледат и добър sales профил с малко транспортен опит или човек с повече опит в логистиката и малко sales.

Мениджър - Велизар Николов

Процес: 1 интервю с мениджъра

Работно време: 09:00 - 17:30

Бюджет: от 3000 до 3500 (може да дадат и повече за силен профил)

Модел на работа: Основно работа в офис (когато се налага може някой да си вземе хоум офис но по изключение)

Пътуване: В България задължително - 1 ден на седмица/две. В чужбина - рядко.
