Job Description

HR & Admin Coordinator

MP Recruitment is working in partnership with a growing NDIS provider looking to welcome to their team a motivated and people-focused HR & Admin Coordinator. The Role
The HR & Admin Coordinator will:

  • Support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding ensuring every step is smooth and professional.
  • Assist with rostering and workforce coordination to keep operations running seamlessly.
  • Provide day-to-day HR and administrative support to staff and leadership.
  • Be the first point of contact for staff queries and contribute to a positive employee experience.
  • Help strengthen a values-driven workplace culture.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Bring experience in administration HR or coordination (NDIS or healthcare sector experience is desirable but not essential)
