Our dealership is expanding and were looking to add a skilled Automotive Service Technician to our team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on technical experience strong diagnostic ability and a commitment to quality repairs. Youll handle repairs based on work orders perform thorough inspections and keep customers safely on the road.

Your Responsibilities
Complete assigned repairs and maintenance with accuracy and efficiency
Road-test vehicles and utilize diagnostic tools to evaluate systems and components
Troubleshoot service and repair systems including brakes suspension steering transmission air conditioning electrical and engines
Collaborate with Service Advisors to explain findings and provide accurate repair timelines and cost estimates
Perform warranty repairs in compliance with manufacturer standards
Maintain a clean and safe work environment while upholding dealership and brand reputation
What Were Looking For
2 years of hands-on experience as a service/auto technician (preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent
Ford certification is a plus but not required
B-level proficiency in areas such as diagnostics electrical and engine repair
Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills
Ability to operate modern diagnostic equipment and follow technical procedures
Excellent communication customer service and teamwork mindset
Positive attitude with eagerness to grow and learn new technologies
Valid drivers license with a clean record
