This role ensures that youth development programs adhere to all applicable federal state and local regulations and policies. This role involves monitoring program activities conducting audits preparing reports and providing guidance to staff to maintain compliance and improve program effectiveness. This position acts as a liaison between program staff regulatory bodies and internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
This role also consults with stakeholders throughout the institution in support of addressing priorities and solves complex problems while ensuring alignment with institutional goals. This individual partners with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies analyze root causes and implement sustainable solutions and improvement methodologies.
This position is a two year project assignment and reports to the Associate Vice Chancellor & Controller.

Starting $85000 annually; salary will be based on qualifications and experience
Bachelors Degree or at least 5 years of related experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of project management by having at least 5 years of experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management tools.
Ability to interpret complex regulations and policies.
Experience working with diverse youth populations
Demonstrated knowledge of project management by having at least 8 years of experience
Understanding of the University of Wisconsin System policy 625
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
