WORK SHIFT: Thursday through Saturday 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM
SUMMARY
The Quality & Assembly Team Lead is the shift facilitator for all employees working on quality inspection assembly and rework functions during the shift. The lead aids these individuals to be as productive and efficient in their work as they can be actively filling in when there are absences training new employees ensuring that all required training is complete for the shift helping with issue resolution and troubleshooting escalating and working with the Shift Supervisor and Engineering when needed.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities but will require training and overseeing the work of Quality Inspector IIII Assemblers WAVE and Selective Solder Machine Operators and Rework Specialists.

While performing the duties of this job employee is regularly required to use hands to point handle or feel & reach with hands & arms; frequently is required to stand sit & talk or hear; occasionally required to walk stoop kneel crouch or crawl; and must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds & occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision color vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
