Job Summary

5 years of QA/QC experience in Welding/Fabrication (shop pipe fabrication experience strongly preferred) with demonstrated ASME Section I V VIII B31.1 B31.3 B31.8 API 1104 application.
Practical welding background and working knowledge of ASME Section IX (WPS/PQR/WPQ).
Ability to read isometrics and shop sheet drawings.
Proficiency with ITPs/SDRs quality records management and understanding customer requirements.
Strong leadership communication and problem solving skills.
Ability to pass background check and drug test.

Preferred:

AWS CWI (or equivalent VT credentials)
NACE/AMPP Coating Inspector certification and hands on industrial coatings QA (SSPC/NACE/AMPP)
Bachelors degree in Welding Engineering Metallurgy/Materials Mechanical Engineering or related field
Experience in a union shop and with major owner/EPC specifications (refining/chemical/power)
