- Inspect deliveries for quality quantity and accuracy and disburses to technician.
- Track inventory daily.
- Ensure all trucks have proper safety equipment (first aid kit fire extinguishers etc.).
- Return material for credit that is not needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse.
- Promptly report any warehouse issues that may impact customer service levels.
- Reduce technicians down time by ensuring prompt deliveries.
- Train coach and mentor team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Associate degree or higher in a related discipline or minimum of 2 years inventory management experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal written and public speaking communication skills including the ability to interact professionally within all levels of the organization.
- Possess a collaborative and customer-service focused work style.
- Must possess a willingness to effectively lead a team in a way that produces positive outcomes.
- Regularly spends hours sitting and using office equipment and computers (30% of the time).
- Regularly spends hours standing and monitoring the companys warehouse (50% of the time).
- Frequently bends climbs and reaches to stock and retrieve inventory items.
- Mobility required to attend weekly meetings.
- Regularly communicate verbal and written messages with others.
- Occasionally lift 10-50 lbs.
- Must have visual acuity.
- Keep warehouse clean and free of hazards and ensure only warehouse personnel are in the warehouse.
- Willingness to pursue continued professional growth.
- Maintain confidentiality on all private sensitive and proprietary business issues and concerns.
- Willing to continue training for personal growth as well as participating in the training of new employees.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and ensures company compliance.
- Promptly investigate any employment issues or concerns.
