As a Financial Synergist youll play a unique role by connecting key financial servicestax preparation insurance estate planning business loans and consultingto help individuals families and small businesses protect what matters today while building for tomorrow.
No prior experience is required. We provide full training mentorship and licensing support for qualified candidates who are motivated coachable and ready to grow.
Responsibilities
Educate clients on financial solutions including taxes insurance and business services.
Develop personalized strategies that address both immediate needs and long-term goals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with ongoing support.
Stay informed on industry trends compliance requirements and LegacyBridge programs.
Collaborate with team members to expand services within the community.
Requirements
No prior financial services experience requiredtraining provided.
Must be self-motivated professional and willing to learn.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to complete state licensing requirements (for insurance/tax services where applicable).
Basic computer literacy and ability to work independently or in a team.
