Main Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing wireframes prototypes and user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
- Creating intuitive interaction designs and user flows to enhance the overall user experience.
- Implementing and following standard design processes and methodologies to deliver consistent high-quality designs.
- Solving specific product challenges such as optimizing the checkout process by applying best practices and innovative solutions.
- Clearly articulating design decisions and rationale to team members and stakeholders.
- Recognizing and aligning design contributions with broader business goals and technical constraints.
- Actively participating in meetings and collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers product managers and business teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Fine Arts Multimedia Animation Graphic Design Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
- Solid understanding of graphic design principles including layout color theory and typography.
- At least 3 years of experience in UX design and familiarity with user testing and interviews.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator Photoshop XD) and prototyping tools like Figma.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design principles for web and/or mobile platforms.
- Highly organized and proactive with the ability to manage tasks independently and deliver quality work on time.
- Excellent communication skills in Thai and English with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Creative and solution-driven mindset able to suggest new ideas based on best practices and UX principles.
