Prepare functional documentation training materials and operational guides for business users and administrators.
Mentor and guide junior consultants assigning tasks and monitoring progress in functional workstreams.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Functional Consultant in OpenText ECM solutions.
Strong understanding of ECM concepts workflows metadata management and integration patterns.
Experience with client engagement requirements gathering and solution documentation.
Ability to work on projects requiring Security Cat 2 clearance in Singapore.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
