Responsibilities:
- Design implement and manage IT infrastructure solutions to support organizational needs.
- Monitor and optimize system performance reliability and availability.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for infrastructure management including security protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular backup operations and disaster recovery testing.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to propose improvements.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in infrastructure engineering or a related role for Senior Engineer position.
- Strong knowledge of networking servers storage and virtualization technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and on-premises infrastructure management.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. Python Bash) for automation.
- Strong understanding of security protocols and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Certification in relevant technologies (e.g. Cisco AWS CompTIA) is a plus.
