Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage software development projects from initiation to completion ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives requirements and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines resources and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams including developers designers and product managers.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure success.
- Conduct regular project meetings to review progress and resolve issues.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and management.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in project management particularly in software development.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile Scrum etc.).
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g. JIRA Trello Asana).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams.
- Ability to analyze project data and metrics to drive decision-making.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
