Job Description
Overall Function
- Origination execution oversight and management of INGs corporate finance transactions in the Philippines with related team management and client relationship management responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Origination of new corporate finance transactions with new and existing ING clients
- Management of active marketing and mandated transactions through to successful completion and fee collection
- Management and delivery of annual corporate finance budget allocated to the Philippines including achievement of revenue targets and effective cost management
- Maintenance of significant client relationships in conjunction with other product groups and Philippines Corporate Client and FI coverage teams
- Leadership of Philippines corporate finance team including but not limited to team-wide objectives and KPI setting team member development talent retention recruiting and management reporting requirements
- Adherence to corporate risk and compliance policies
- Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time-to-time.
Experience/ Competencies
- 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge in Corporate Finance and Capital Markets are a plus
- Demonstrated experience in growing the business successfully
- Strong technical skills and product knowledge
