Experienced BIM Modeller
Location: Rotterdam & Eindhoven
Hours: 32 40 hours per week

A leading engineering and consultancy firm specialising in structural design and construction management is looking for an Experienced BIM Modeller to join their teams in Rotterdam and/or Eindhoven. The firm is known for delivering high-profile projects across new construction and renovation in sectors including residential healthcare commercial education and cultural buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
As a BIM Modeller youll play a crucial role in the structural design process. Your tasks will include:
Independently developing and managing structural BIM models
Creating project-specific families and parameters
Collaborating within various BIM workflows and coordination methods
Working with software such as Revit Navisworks and IFC standards
