DescriptionResponsible for the development and execution of firm strategies and tactics in assigned territory/customers as well as the achievement and accountability of assigned sales and performance execution goals.
Responsibilities- Execute activities to enhance our corporate value and implement Our Value for all clients in charge of the company.
- Achieve semi-annual and annual sales and execution targets (SIP).
- Develop and implement strategies for the assigned region based on information gathering and sales performance analysis of the assigned region and customers.
- Retention and gain of sales to existing customers.
- Acquire and gain of sales to new customers.
- Gain market share.
- Manage customers and develop business expansion with a focus on the field level of staff and managers of customers (primarily at the division manager level) to expand business.
- Report progress to supervisors/area managers
- Keep open and disseminate acquired information for common awareness in the area.

- Understands company and sales strategy when working and conducting business.
- Explain the company and its products to physicians and staff. Also explain the purpose of company handouts to customers.
