RESPONSABILITIES
- Assist in the planning execution and monitoring of international projects to ensure deadlines scope and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different countries to gather requirements communicate progress and resolve issues.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including status reports presentations and schedules.
- Analyze project data to identify trends save costs and improve process efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders globally to ensure alignment and foster collaboration.
- Prepare presentation material for prospecting pitches work sessions amongst others.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree in; Business Administration Economics Engineering International Business or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in project management.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and project execution.
- Proficiency in English Portuguese and Spanish is required.
