Our client is a leading player in the telecommunications infrastructure industry. As part of
its expansionary plan it is seeking to employ an experienced professional to join them as
Property and Operations Manager (Ref: KHXXX)
Overview
This position is responsible for assisting the Director in process optimization and
improvement in running the operations (including security) maintenance repair
upgrading and projects in critical building infrastructure and facilities. The work shall be
carried out in compliance with all statutory requirements companys business continuity
and crisis management plan contractual obligations to customers risk mitigation and to
achieve targeted ESG goals. This position is also responsible for assisting the Director in
managing the property matters such as leasing agreements and administration.
The Job
Review all the Technical Specifications and Statement of Works for term contract
upgrading and project works for enhancement to optimize the efficiency cost and
benefits.
Conduct market research to build up a list of qualified suitable vendors and
contractors for the works in the critical building infrastructure and facilities.
Review the procurement process with Centralized Procurement to achieve
efficiency and effectiveness in ensuring the compliance of policy and
commencement of works according to timeline.
Participate in the RFQ and tender process in appropriate role for technical
assessment of the bidders.
Review the Service Order and Service Entry process with Centralized Procurement
to achieve efficiency and effectiveness.
Review the working model of Property Management and Security Operations for
efficiency effectiveness and cost optimization.
Management of Tenants and internal stakeholders within the Central Offices
Budgetary and cost management
Any other task assigned by Supervisor(s).
The Candidate
Bachelor's degree in Facility Management Engineering Business Administration
or a related field.
Proven experience in facilities and estate management preferably with strong
knowledge of building systems mechanical and electrical services security
operations and tenancy management.
Proficiency in budgeting financial management and vendor / contractor
management.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance and best practices in industry.
Excellent communication collaborative and problem-solving skills.
Ability to think strategically and contribute to long-term planning initiatives.
Professional certifications in facilities management or related areas are a plus.
