About This Role:

The role of the Global Business Center (GBC) Talent Acquisition Partner (Recruiter) is to supportiRhythmsrecruitment lifecycle by conducting interviews with candidates selecting andrejecting candidates negotiating preparing and managing offers and routinely optimizing the recruiting strategy by staying up to date on emerging trends best practices and benchmarkcomparisons.

  • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process required to support hiring needs of thebusiness
  • Routinely able to manage a volume of requisitions at any given time
  • Build and maintain relationships with HRBPs hiring managers and candidates for adedicated functional area
  • Collaborate and work in tandem withSourcerson priority talent pipeline needs andstaffing strategies
  • Partner with internal and external customers at all levels to understand hiring needsdevelop and execute recruitment strategies and support hiring decisions
  • Provide support and guidance to hiring managers as it relates to interviewing candidateevaluation and selection
  • Generate and implement of comprehensive recruitment plans including clearobjectives timelines and tracking methods to share with respective hiring leaders
  • As needed attend recruiting events (e.g. job fairs university events or other recruitingvenues as requested)
  • Understand recruiting metrics to accurately assess the effectiveness of current andprevious recruitment strategies as well as drive process improvements
  • Support the workforce planning process
  • Stay up to date on emerging recruitment trends best practices legal developmentsand benchmark comparisons
  • Support special projects of varying size under direction of leadership

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 3 years of experience in recruiting across a wide range of disciplines
  • Experience meeting time to fill quantity quality and internal hiring
  • Experience in recruiting using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an ability to establish rapportwith others
  • Ability to multitask and bring tasks through to completion with minimal supervision
  • Ability to negotiate effectively
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively acrossmultiple departments and levels
  • Ability to work within a highly dynamic culture comfortable with ambiguity and rapidlyshifting priorities
  • Demonstrated proficiency with the use of recruiting tools such as talent profilesperformance profiles and behavioral interviewing
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Suite; specifically Outlook and Word with the abilityto learn required business systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business or related field
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Diversity Equity and Inclusionprinciples
