Job requirements
Technical Skills
Azure Cloud Management: Oversee resource provisioning backup/recovery planning cost optimization and solutions architecture.
Infrastructure as Code: Manage infrastructure deployments using Terraform.
Security & Networking:
Configure and manage network infrastructure Cloudflare proxying DNS settings and SSL/TLS certificate provisioning.
Implement OWASP Top 10 security measures.
Manage authentication/authorization using OAuth and OIDC.
DevOps & CI/CD: Design manage and optimize build and deployment pipelines.
Database Management:
Write efficient SQL queries design schemas optimize indexing.
(Nice to have) PostgreSQL experience.
Backend Development:
Strong Python skills.
Experience with FastAPI SQLAlchemy Celery Pytest and LangChain.
(Nice to have) Experience with LLMs embeddings and AI-related integrations.
Frontend Development:
Modern TypeScript web development.
(Nice to have) Experience with Svelte or SvelteKit.
Observability & Reliability:
Implement OpenTelemetry for observability.
Triage and resolve production issues quickly and effectively.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Kubernetes and/or Azure Container Apps experience.
Hands-on AI project exposure (LLMs embeddings retrieval-augmented generation).
What will you do
Develop and Enhance Software:
Work on our flagship products - your work will directly impact how our clients meet their stringent regulatory and compliance requirements.
Database and Cloud Management:
Utilize SQL and PostgreSQL to build robust scalable solutions. Leverage Terraform Azure and Cloudflare to manage infrastructure and streamline deployments.
Front-End Innovation:
Familiarity with TypeScript TailwindCSS and Svelte (with SvelteKit) is a plus. These technologies empower our niche modern front-end experiences.
Quality and Automation:
Implement automated testing frameworks to ensure our software meets high-quality standards and regulatory benchmarks.
DevOps and CI/CD:
Utilize Azure Container Apps for deployments and manage CI/CD pipelines and release management using Azure DevOps.
Agile Collaboration:
Bring your extensive experience in Scrum/Agile environments to collaborate closely with our business owners project managers and scrum masters. Contribute to backlog prioritization user story implementation and iterative review processes.

Proven track-record: in both backend and frontend development with strong infrastructure skills.
Problem-Solver: Able to diagnose complex issues quickly and propose practical secure solutions.
Team Player: Works closely with developers analysts and stakeholders to deliver on commitments.
Quality-Focused: Balances speed with maintainability scalability and security.
Flexible & Committed: Willing to put in extra effort when project deadlines require it.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in Agile/Scrum environments working in close collaboration with product and project management teams to deliver high-quality software.
Communicator: Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders; capable of translating complex technical requirements into clear actionable tasks.
