Responsibilities:
- Being responsible for the Recruitment Department and supporting a team of recruiters.
- Updating client recruitment status in the companys system (CRM) and assigning jobs to the appropriate recruiter.
- Coordinating with clients on the recruitment process status terms and conditions then passing the information to the recruitment team.
- Supporting and coordinating with recruiters throughout the recruitment process to update reports.
- Assisting the recruitment team with any concerns or requirements.
- Providing weekly reports to management.
- Handling other assignments as needed.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in sales support customer support admin support position or another related role.
- Good command of English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
