Responsibilities:

Being responsible for the Recruitment Department and supporting a team of recruiters.
Updating client recruitment status in the companys system (CRM) and assigning jobs to the appropriate recruiter.
Coordinating with clients on the recruitment process status terms and conditions then passing the information to the recruitment team.
Supporting and coordinating with recruiters throughout the recruitment process to update reports.
Assisting the recruitment team with any concerns or requirements.
Providing weekly reports to management.
Handling other assignments as needed.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience in sales support customer support admin support position or another related role.
Good command of English.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
