Job Description

Our client is looking for a Contracts Administrator in Singapore to manage day-to-day contracts administration and compliance for the companys aircraft operating leases.


What youll be doing:
  • Administer floating rent adjustments billing and invoicing for rentals maintenance reserves overdue interests security deposits and other invoicing requests.
  • Monitor delinquent lessees and oversee the collection process for outstanding amounts.
  • Manage maintenance reserves including annual rate escalation monthly calculations reconciliation and claim reimbursements.
  • Ensure timely renewal of insurance and letters of credit.
  • Collaborate closely with contract administrators financial analysts marketers transaction attorneys paralegals technical managers and accounting groups.

What you will need:
  • Bachelors degree in a scientific or business discipline preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in contracts role within the Aviation Leasing industry.
  • Strong organisation communication and administration skills.
  • Proficiency in interpreting and comprehending complex contract documentation.
  • Strong PC skills with proficiency in Adobe Acrobat MS Office (Outlook Teams Excel and Word).
  • Experience with LeasePoint Aviation Management System is a plus.
