Job Description
For our sales company based in SINTRA we are looking for an After-Sales Service Supervisor to manage our team of technicians monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure business profitability. This role demands leadership skills problem-solving abilities and a technical background.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise the team of technicians to ensure efficient and timely service assistance.
- Monitor KPIs to track the performance and effectiveness of the after-sales service.
- Ensure the profitability of the after-sales service business by managing costs and optimizing resources.
- Coach the team fostering continuous improvement growth and professionalism in line with Nilfisks philosophy.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and an excellent customer experience.
- Expectations for this role:
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team of technicians.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Advanced skills in data analytics.
- Qualification in Engineering or a related field with experience in industrial machinery.
- Native Portuguese speaker with fluent English.
- Experience with ServiceMax or other CRM tools is valuable.
- User-level knowledge of SAP is valuable.
