- We seek an experienced Benefit/Data Admin Manager to oversee pensions gratuities and benefits processing ensuring seamless experiences for employees and pensioners.
Key Responsibilities
- Pensions administration
- Benefit administration
- Pensioner management
- Database management
- Help desk/call center management
- Stakeholder management
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in finance-related disciplines
- Professional Accounting Certification (ICAN ACA ACCA etc.)
- 8-10 years post-qualification experience 4 in management
- Knowledge of exit benefit process financial systems and pensions regulations
