As a Field Service Rep you are responsible for coordinating with customers in field issues warranty complaints and resolutions. You will carry out and support site commissioning service and repair jobs at customer sites.
Responsibilities:
Read and evaluate customer specifications and customer requirement documents.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Support customers during site visits.
Process customer complaints.
Find develop and implement technical solutions for special problems.
Coordinate with internal and external customers effectively.
Perform in-house and on-site repairs and service activities.
Provide technical support and training as needed.
Requirements:
BS or BA Degree in relevant field and with minimum of 2 years relevant experience in installation rotating equipment.
SAP knowledge in SD; MM; PP.
Experience serving customers in oil & gas power chemical water and other general industries.
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word.
Preferred Experience / Skills:
