Job Description

Role summary

The Senior Office Coordinator ensures the smooth running of the office manages facilities supports management and employees and oversees operational administrative and security processes.

The role includes strategic and operational responsibility for facility management HSE coordination supplier and cost management and leading improvement initiatives across the entire company.

Your role

  • Ensuring the day-to-day running of the office from reception and security management to maintenance and supplier services

  • Reviews verifies and approval of all invoices in SAP prior to payment

  • Coordinating facility management and administration of company premises (maintenance repairs cleaning vehicle fleet)

  • Supporting company management and providing administrative assistance to the General Manager

  • Organizing travel onboarding and other operational support for employees

  • Responsibility for HSE agenda safety standards reporting communication with the HSE team

  • Designing and implementing improvement initiatives and cost-saving measures

Your profile

  • A bachelors degree in any field (or ongoing university studies)

  • 3 years of relevant experience in facility management or a related field

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hungarian

  • User-level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel Word Power Point Outlook)

  • Strong communication and organizational skills customer focus proactive approach and ability to solve problems even in stressful situations.

  • Independence and teamwork ability to set priorities lead others and think strategically.
