Facilities Manager
Location: Oaks Hospital Colchester
Hours: 37.5 per week Full-Time
About the Hospital:
Oaks Hospital is part of Ramsay Health Care UK one of the leading independent healthcare providers in the country. We are committed to delivering outstanding patient care in a safe supportive environment.
Located conveniently on the outskirts of Colchester the hospital opened on this site in 1994 with plenty of free parking for patients.
The role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Manager to manage the Maintenance team at Oaks Hospital and to ensure the smooth running of the site and coordinate with contractors for both planned and reactive this role you will support the other Heads of Departments with routine maintenance and refurbishment of the site ensuring we maintain a high IPC standard.
There will be a requirement to be on call on a rotational basis along with the rest of the maintenance team.
