Join Us as Program Test Manager Own the Quality Drive the Delivery
Whats the role
As the Program Test Manager you will lead the testing efforts across all areas of the project. You will be responsible for overseeing the testing process ensuring that quality standards are maintained and that all testing activities are executed according to plan and meet the required standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead defect and test management across all testing streams ensuring smooth execution and timely resolution.
- Coordinate across SIT UAT SVP and environment teams to manage interdependencies and maintain momentum.
- Proactively manage risks escalate key issues and safeguard testing quality and timelines.
- Oversee functional and non-functional testing across desktop and mobile platforms.
- Ensure consistent test coverage track defects through resolution and uphold quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing efforts and avoid siloed execution.
- Leverage automation tools and drive innovation to improve testing efficiency.
- Monitor and report on key testing metrics (e.g. execution downtime defects).
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure adherence to SLAs.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to software quality and testing processes.

Essential
- Strong problem-solving skills and pragmatic leadership
- Experience working within a complex environment
- Ability to coordinate multiple priorities
- Test automation experience
Desirable
- Experience leading quality in a regulated environment
- Continue testing experience (CI/CD)
- Non-Functional experience
