Job Description
Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth & Media Monetization
- Identify develop and implement new revenue-generating opportunities through digital screens signage data and related services.
- Optimize and manage media assets to maximize returns from advertising and sponsorship placements.
- Develop and execute pricing strategies negotiate contracts and establish partnership agreements to achieve and surpass revenue goals.
Sales & Business Development
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to market and sell advertising space to key clients and accounts.
- Proactively identify pitch and close deals with potential advertisers partners and media agencies.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients agencies and industry stakeholders to expand the customer base.
- Lead sales presentations product demos and negotiations to secure profitable deals and advertising contracts.
Strategic Marketing & Commercialization
- Create and implement offline and digital marketing strategies for media placements signage and advertising programs.
- Align media monetization efforts with broader marketing goals to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
- Stay ahead of industry trends monitor competitor activity and integrate customer insights into marketing strategies.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Track analyze and report on key performance metrics related to advertising campaigns and media revenue.
- Optimize pricing models campaign performance and inventory management to ensure maximum ROI and efficient use of media assets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. marketing finance operations) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and advertising contracts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Advertising or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in media sales advertising monetization or media commercialization.
- Experience in FMCG retail commercial advertising or out-of-home (OOH) media is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through sales strategic partnerships and media monetization initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively pitch and close high-value deals.
- Strong sales negotiation and business development abilities to engage clients and partners.
- In-depth understanding of advertising strategies media placement digital signage and revenue models.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to optimize pricing sales and overall business performance.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects ensuring smooth collaboration across teams and with external partners.
- A proactive solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
