I-5 Cars is looking to add a dependable hardworking Facilities & Cleaning Specialist to our team! The Facilities & Cleaning Specialist will support five dealership locationsrotating one full day at each site throughout the week (MondayFriday). This full-time role is critical in maintaining clean safe and welcoming environments for our customers and employees.

From spotless showrooms to tidy service lounges and clean restrooms your work helps set the tone for a 5-star customer experience. Benefits/Perks:
Full-time position Monday- Friday Hourly pay $19.00-$21.00/ hour depending on experience

Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
Indoor Cleaning Duties:
Clean and sanitize restrooms (toilets sinks mirrors floors)
Maintain cleanliness of employee lunchrooms break areas and customer waiting areas
Vacuum dust mop and wipe down showroom floors service waiting areas and offices
Clean glass doors showroom windows counters and seating
Empty trash and recycling bins and restock paper products and soap
Outdoor Facilities Duties:
Sweep entryways sidewalks and parking lot areas
Pull weeds and maintain neat landscaping beds
Water outdoor plants and keep flowerpots looking fresh
Keep lot and exterior areas clean and organized
Minor Maintenance Tasks:
Perform basic repairs and touch-ups (as needed)
Report major facility issues (plumbing electrical structural) to manager
Other duties as assigned by manager
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand walk bend kneel and reach for extended periods
Able to lift carry and move items up to 50 pounds
Comfortable climbing ladders and using tools for minor repairs
Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions (heat cold rain snow)
Must be physically capable of repetitive motion and manual labor tasks (e.g. sweeping scrubbing lifting) throughout the workday.
