Schedule: This is an in-person position Monday through Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Wage Range: $25.85 - $30.40 hourly non-exempt

Position Overview:

The Quality Management Evaluation Specialist will work as part of the Quality Management Team supporting quality assurance projects. This position is responsible for assisting in various quality management components across the organization including the Resilience Outcomes Analysis and Data Submission (ROADS) reporting quality assurance data evaluation and reporting requirements. The Specialist will support data reporting efforts quality assurance processes and assist the Quality Management team via administrative support. This position will share findings with appropriate staff in an understandable concise manner. The Specialist will translate quality assurance project results into actions to improve NARA NW projects and programs by ensuring findings are used to inform program planning implementation and decision-making.

What you will do:

  • Ensure the quality of reporting activities by adhering to recognized evaluation standards protocols and best practices.
  • Keep up to date with Resilience Outcomes Analysis and Data Submission (ROADS) data collection and reporting best practices.
  • Follow confidentiality guidelines in the conduct of all procedures and processes.
  • Develop reports summarizing findings recommendations and lessons learned and present these to program staff and stakeholders in a coherent palpable manner.
  • Collate data for the department director.
  • Oversee the collection analysis and interpretation of data.

Qualifications

We would like to hear from people that have:

  • Either High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certification required.
  • A bachelors degree or masters degree in a social science health-related field or similar degree is a considered plus.
  • Proficient with computers and technology (Microsoft Application: Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Electronic Medical records (EMR) / Electronic Health Record (EHR)
  • At least two (2) years of experience in auditing medical records healthcare related education including medical terminology
  • Knowledge of data abstraction data analysis and report writing
  • Experience with data analysis and/or visualization software such as Tableau SQL SPSS MS Power BI Python and SAS is considered a plus.
  • Experience working within the Native American/Alaska Native community preferred
  • Must pass a pre-employment or for cause drug tests.
  • Must pass criminal background and DMV checks.
