Job Description
HVAC Service Technician Highlands at Warwick & Charleston Townhouses
Lititz & Lancaster PA
$28/hour Phone Stipend On-Call Allowance Company Vehicle and $1000 Sign-On Bonus (after introductory period)
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
WPM Real Estate Management is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team supporting Highlands at Warwick and Charleston Townhouses in Lititz and Lancaster PA. This hands-on role focuses on repair maintenance and installation of HVAC systems across residential communities.
Were looking for a diagnostic problem-solver with proven HVAC repair experience strong attention to safety and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to HVAC service requests and work orders
Diagnose repair and maintain HVAC systems (AC units furnaces heat pumps ventilation equipment)
Perform preventative maintenance to ensure peak efficiency
Support apartment turnover by handling HVAC-related tasks
Maintain accurate service records parts usage and time tracking
Ensure compliance with safety standards codes and environmental regulations
Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies
Required Qualifications
HVAC Certification (EPA required)
Hands-on knowledge of electrical plumbing carpentry & appliance repair
Ability to work rotating on-call shifts (evenings weekends holidays)
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
35 years of professional maintenance/HVAC experience
