Job Description
We are currently seeking experienced E-commerce Customer Support Agents with strong communication skills and a proven background in phone email and chat support. The ideal candidate will be capable of providing professional efficient and compassionate assistance to customers seeking information or support with their orders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone email and chat
- Manage returns through platforms such as Loop Returns
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist customers and provide effective solutions to their concerns
- Record call outcomes and customer interactions clearly and accurately
- Manage member accounts and support requests
- Collaborate with team members via Slack
- Report directly to the immediate supervisor
- Focus on resolving major ticket issues (e.g. shipping delays and subscription concerns) to reduce volume
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in customer support
- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
- Tech-savvy and able to multitask effectively
- Proficient in using Google Sheets and other Google Workspace tools
- Hands-on experience with:
- Shopify
- Zendesk
- Gorgias
- Dropshipping and E-commerce operations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Technical Requirements:
- Reliable and stable internet connection
- Uninterrupted power supply
- High-quality headset for clear audio communication
