Job Description
A Corporate Sales Officer handles developing and keeping relationships with corporate clients. This role involves generating and supporting CSR clients. This includes aligning with their business goals and values and effectively aligning with our internal processes to build new business partnerships.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Generate Corporate CSR Clients Leads and Prospects.
2. Manage Corporate Client Relationships:
Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and preferences.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
3. Identify new sales opportunities and market trends to expand the customer base.
4. Tailor presentations to meet the specific needs of different customers.
5. Prepare and present sales reports to management highlighting achievements challenges and opportunities.
6. Collaborate and work with various departments to accommodate new products or processes into company operations.
7. Scout and visit new and existing clients required to travel and visit clients
8. Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies legal regulations and ethical standards
Skills and Knowledge
1. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
2. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and spot opportunities.
3. Customer Service Orientation: Focus on providing excellent customer service and building long-term relationships.
4. Knowledge of CSR Frameworks: Familiarity with CSR principles sustainability practices.
5. People Skills: Ability to build and support strong relationships with clients and partners.
6. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business environments and client needs
7. Goal and result driven: Highly initiative-taking and driven by their own desire to succeed.
8. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS 365 Office CRM software and other sales tools.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree in Business Sales Marketing or a related field and/or 3 to 5 years experience in managing Corporate and CSR Clients.
Preferably understand Corporate and CSR Clients its consumers and competitors; with knowledge of FMCG is a plus.
