KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Spearhead Litigation Analysis & Evaluations: Dive into complex cases identifying strengths and weaknesses to formulate optimal resolution strategies showcasing your analytical prowess.
Courtroom Advocacy: Represent our company confidently in judicial administrative and arbitral settings when necessary demonstrating your professionalism and litigation skills.
Strategic Negotiation & Mediation: Engage in high-stakes negotiations and mediation when the cost-benefit analysis favors it or when strategically dictated utilizing your diplomatic and problem-solving skills.
Internal Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal teams to gather compelling evidence and proof reinforcing our companys robust defense.
Legal Compliance & Authority Interaction: Ensure timely compliance with all regulatory requirements and interactions with opposing litigants upholding our companys integrity.
Legal Guidance for Internal Clients: Advise clients within the organization on our companys rights and obligations vis--vis third parties demonstrating your expertise and commitment to client service.
Litigation Strategy & Planning: Devise comprehensive strategies and plans for managing litigation illustrating your strategic acumen and forward thinking.
Efficient Litigation Management: Maintain a meticulous and efficient oversight of all company litigation and claims reflecting your organizational abilities.
Regular Reporting: Regularly update stakeholders on litigation outcomes ensuring transparency and open communication.
Continuous Learning & Improvement: Stay abreast of legal changes and best practices applying lessons learned and continuous improvement opportunities embodying our commitment to excellence.
Safety Health Environment and Quality Commitment: Apply relevant policies procedures and standards to ensure safe protected business operations. Adhere to internal work regulations and code of conduct demonstrating your dedication to our values.
Versatile Support: Assist in assigned tasks from your immediate supervisor and contribute to area projects highlighting your adaptability and team spirit.
REQUIREMENTS:
Legal Excellence: Candidates must hold a Masters Degree in Law (Maestra en Derecho) showcasing a strong foundation in legal principles and practices.
Seasoned Legal Professionals: Applicants with at least 2 years of experience as a Lawyer/Claims Litigation Manager or related roles are preferred ensuring a solid grasp of legal matters.
Advanced Legal Education: Pursuing or holding a Masters or Law Degree (Magister o Maestra en Derecho) demonstrates a commitment to professional development and excellence.
Regulatory Expertise: Experience in concessions or working with regulatory bodies highlights understanding of complex legal frameworks and stakeholder management.
Bilingual Proficiency: Advanced English skills are required enabling seamless communication and collaboration in multicultural environments.
