Job Description
Are you ready to take your financial skills to the next level in a dynamic international environment We are looking for a mid-career Management Accountant to strengthen our Accounting Department.
Your mission
As aManagement Accountant at our Head Office in Apeldoorn you will play a key role in the financial heart of our global operations. You will contribute across the full financial spectrum fromaccounting and financial controltobusiness control. Your work will directly support strategic decisions operational performance and compliance with financial standards.
What youll do
Your responsibilities include:
- Preparing and reviewing financial reports every month and quarter according to Dutch GAAP standards.
- Supporting the consolidation and analysis of financial data across the Group
- Assisting with budgeting forecasting and variance analysis
- Working closely with the Head Office Accounting Manager & Business Controller
- Supporting audits and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Driving process improvements and contributing to the transformation of our finance function
What You Bring
- A bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field
- At least 35 years of relevant experience in an international business environment
- Strong knowledge ofDutch GAAPand general accounting principles
- Fluency in bothEnglish and Dutch(written and spoken)
- A proactive hands-on approach and the flexibility to work across accounting control and business support
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and the bigger picture
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels;
- Hybrid mindset: work from our Head Office in Apeldoorn 2/3 days a week.
