JOB DETAILS:
- We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a background in feedmill operations to lead and drive sales strategies.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing and feedmill industries possess excellent operational and customer management skills and demonstrate a commitment to improving efficiency and market share.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement sales strategies to improve market share across all product lines.
- Maintain strong customer relationships ensuring timely servicing of orders through SAP online platforms.
- Strictly adhere to payment confirmation protocols before servicing orders.
- Ensure stock is properly maintained in good condition while monitoring shelf life.
- Send daily stock reports to management with updates on inventory levels and conditions.
- Manage delivery routes effectively ensuring cost-efficiency and timely deliveries.
- Solve shipping and logistics challenges ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Develop and drive the implementation of policies procedures and standards to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize processes to meet customer needs and company goals.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance stock levels and operational efficiency to the management.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify areas for growth and improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Supply Chain or a related field.
- 6 8 years of experience in sales preferably within the feedmill or manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in using SAP and other sales-related platforms.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and logistics operations.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a commitment to exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary
N350000 N450000 / Month.
