Job Description
JOB TITLE: Facilities Officer
JOB DETAILS:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual for our Facilities Management vacancy in Lagos Nigeria.
- The ideal candidates will be responsible for overseeing and managing the facilities to ensure smooth operations and a safe working environment.
Responsibilities(include but are not limited to)
ADVERTISEMENT
- Managing and maintaining company facilities and infrastructure.
- Coordinating with external vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance.
- Ensuring compliance with health safety and environmental standards.
- Developing and implementing maintenance schedules to optimize facility performance.
- Handling emergency situations and resolving issues quickly.
- Preparing and managing budgets related to facility maintenance and operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a BSc in Facilities Management Building Technology or a related field.
- Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
- Proven experience in facilities management or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of 3 years experience.
Salary
Negotiable.
