Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a structured change management strategy across plants.
Conduct change readiness assessments identify resistance and lead engagement sessions.
Work closely with process engineers and control room operators to shift mindsets towards AI-enabled operations.
Create training content and workshops to increase user adoption of kiln/mill optimizers.
Drive communication and feedback loops between digital teams and plant personnel.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Industrial Psychology Business or Engineering is required. A Masters Degree in Change Management Business Optimization or a related field with proficiency in STEM is highly desirable.
6 years experience in change management for digital transformation or IT/OT projects.
Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills; ability to influence plant-level stakeholders.
Experience in the manufacturing sector (cement chemical etc.) is a plus.
PROSCI certification or equivalent is preferred.
