Job Description
Position Description:
As an o9 Solutions Consultant you will play a critical role in helping our clients leverage the o9 platform to optimize their supply chain demand planning and overall business operations. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs configure the o9 platform to meet those needs and provide ongoing support and training.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
-Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
-Configure and customize the o9 platform to align with client needs.
-Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure effective use of the platform.
-Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients.
-Work with the o9 Solutions team to continuously improve the platform and its functionalities.
-Develop and maintain documentation related to client configurations and processes.
-Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in supply chain management and enterprise planning.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
-Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Management Information Technology or a related field.
-Proven experience in supply chain management enterprise planning or related areas.
-Strong understanding of the o9 Solutions platform and its capabilities.
-Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Experience with data analysis and visualization tools is a plus.
