Job Description:
- Ensuring the end-to-end recruitment cycle which includes sourcing screening and conducting interviews.
- Managing the talent hub through job boards and procuring the right talent for the company by screening resumes and maintaining the database.
- Designing and implementing job descriptions while engaging with potential candidates on social media platforms.
- Contacting screening and interviewing candidates to assess their suitability for roles.
- Assisting in negotiations with candidates and clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher in any field.
- At least 1 year of work experience ideally in recruitment or a related field.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle performance targets.
- Mature professional appearance; active highly motivated service-minded creative and able to work independently.
- Well-organized with the ability to multi-task and complete projects on time to the satisfaction of both clients and candidates.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a good command of both spoken and written English.
Company Benefits:
- OPD at Baht 1200 per visit (30 visits per policy pro-rated for employees joining during the year).
- IPD at Baht 1800 per day.
