Operation of the subsidiary in coordination with the Expert National.
1st level support for the ERP system for all teams and business units for the COP Business processes
Creation of reports presentations and documentation for the COP business processes
Responsibility for the results of the COP KPIs provided by the Experts International; this includes the proactive analysis of deviations the creation of suitable measures for target achievement and up-to-date order data.
Information and check of adaptions for national legal- and taxation requirements in case of effects to the existing process chain (e.g. change of invoice layout implementation of invoicing portals government portals etc.)
Hold regular trainings for new employees in the COP department and the national teams as well as perform refresh-trainings for existing employees (e.g. regular back office meetings admin experience exchange etc.)
Ensure information flow to internal interface partners such as procurement service finance warehouse etc.
Keep the national training documents and training plans up-to-date in the local language
Testing for national tool- and process adaptions in coordination with the Expert National and International (e.g. ERP software tests).
Support to ISS in international invoicing scenarios
BaaN maintenance in import export related processes.
Daily monitoring of shipments in traffic
Monitoring of compliance on lead times.
Validation of customs declarations and compliance with standards
Generation of letters for exceptions to NOMs
Digital archive of foreign trade
Contact with customs brokers / forwarders
Registration of new customs patents
Control of accounts for tax payment in customs.
Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Industrial Engineering Business Administration or related field.
13 years of experience in logistics supply chain or related areas.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics software (e.g. SAP Oracle WMS/TMS systems).
Knowledge of transportation regulations and import/export processes is a plus.
Effective communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
