You will be part of the Quality Assurance team at our Koriyama Factory in Fukushima. The position
As a Quality Assurance Professional you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our manufacturing processes and products. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Approve deviations change requests and customer complaints ensuring timely resolution and adherence to quality standards.
  • Reviewing and approving Quality Management System (QMS) tasks including batch document review and release.
  • Verify that facilities equipment and utilities comply with corporate and regulatory standards for drug production.
  • Partner with the Line of Business (LoB) to promote a strong quality culture across the organization through effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or masters degree in pharmacy Chemistry Life Sciences or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of QMS GMP and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Proven ability to review and approve batch documentation deviations change controls and customer complaints.
  • Business-level proficiency in Japanese and business level of English in reading and writing beginner level conversation is acceptable.
