This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing civil engineering contractor delivering public infrastructure across Ireland. Key Responsibilities:
Full commercial oversight from cost planning to final account.
Monthly forecasting CVR preparation cash flow projections and earned value analysis.
Subcontractor procurement contract negotiation and claims management.
Liaise with internal teams clients councils and support junior staff development.
What Were Looking For:
Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
Extensive experience in civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
Sound knowledge of contracts and current construction law.
Commercial reporting and negotiation skills; ability to manage teams and deadlines.
