Job Description
- Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings of pump components assemblies and systems using CAD software.
- Review and interpret engineering drawings specifications and other technical documents to ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines.
- Assist in the development and optimization of pump designs.
- Conduct design reviews and provide feedback on the manufacturability functionality and performance of pump systems.
- Support the engineering team in resolving design-related issues and implementing design changes as necessary.
- Maintain organized records of drawings revisions and design documentation to facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team.
- Provide technical support to manufacturing quality control and service departments to address questions and resolve issues related to drawings and specifications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in drafting technology and industry standards to ensure continuous improvement and innovation in our design processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software especially SolidWorks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise technical drawings.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience in pump manufacturing or related industries is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
