Were seeking a creative powerhouse to join our team where innovation meets elegance in the world of beauty packaging. This role is perfect for a design expert who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment and has a keen eye for European styling. Youll lead design projects from concept to completion blending artistry with strategy to deliver standout products. - Design Mastery: Create captivating and innovative product designs.
- Collaborative Synergy: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment between design and product development.
- Agility in Action: Adapt swiftly to evolving project requirements and feedback showcasing a flexible and responsive design approach.
- Impactful Presentations: Effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders integrating feedback to refine and enhance your work.
- Trendsetter Mindset: Stay ahead of industry trends tools and technologies in the beauty packaging market to continuously innovate and improve product designs.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple design projects from inception to completion ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.
Who are they looking for
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Product Design or related disciplines.
- Experience: 5 years of professional experience in product design. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Designer.
- Beauty Expertise: Experience in beauty packaging will be considered a significant asset.
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of design tools and software - Adobe Creative Suite Blender ZBrush SolidWorks KeyShot Rhino etc.
- Portfolio Showcase: A strong portfolio that highlights European styling sensibility and exemplary product design work.
- Market Insight: Deep understanding of design principles current trends and client preferences (preferably within the beauty packaging market).
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication collaboration and presentation skills to engage effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in English is essential. Knowledge of Cantonese and Mandarin is advantageous enhancing communication within our diverse team and client base.
