Robert Half has exciting growth opportunities and looking to expand our current teams. We are seeking ambitious Consultants to join our permanent recruitment team(s) responsible in Accounting and Finance recruitment.
The Role
- Attracting selecting and assigning candidates based on gaining referrals advertising and networking
- Arranging face to face candidate interviews validating profiles and reference checking
- Developing strategies to guarantee you are recruiting to talent for your clients
- Evaluate candidates to provide a strong shortlist to clients
- To educate and offer advice to candidates relating to the marketplace trends and salary levels
- To build proven relationships with candidates in the Finance & Accounting market offering the best customer service to our candidates
- To achieve personal sales results through the generation of candidates and clients
- To identify win and develop key accounts through prospecting sales calls client visits and networking
- To develop a detailed understanding of clients and ensuring you are effectively business partnering them
- To generate market intel and offer your clients consultative services accordingly
- To offer excellent customer service to clients to retain business and services
- Consistently recruiting candidates within the Accounting & Finance specialisation
- Coordinating events and public relations attending networking events
- Administrative tasks in line with Robert Half policies
