Reports to: Sr Director Supply Chain & Fulfillment (US-Based)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day communication with manufacturing partners of the entire value chain
- Manage the execution of the manufacturing delivery plan to ensure on-schedule delivery of finished goods that meet established quality standards
- Track and escalate any delivery or material shortages risks; plan and execute mitigation actions to reduce such risks
- Partner with the Product Management New Products team to evaluate and source new suppliers
- Track the execution of quality assurance plan and escalate any quality risks
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in manufacturing and sourcing for consumer electronics/electronics equipment and consumer soft goods
- Proven track record in managing mainland China Taiwan Thailand and Vietnam based suppliers
- Bachelor degree holder in fields related to manufacturing operations or supply chain
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese Professional fluency in English
- Valid PRC driver license (C1)
- Frequent travel to mainland China (multiple days per week during peak season) and SE Asia
- Ability to work effectively across different time zones demonstrating flexibility to attend daily meetings or collaborate with global teams during their working hours
- Ability to work independently and proactively

- Experience working in multinational corporation environment
- Good practical knowledge of mainland Chinese working culture; ability to work collaboratively with mainland suppliers at all levels
- Work well with designers with high aesthetic standards
- Passion in sports and gaming
