At CGI were hiring an ETL Developer L2 Support to join an international banking sector project.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering Software Engineering or related fields.
- Conversational English (B2 or higher).
- 46 years of proven experience in Data Quality Data Transformation and Data Processing.
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer with hands-on expertise in Azure Data Factory including but not limited to ingestion data flows monitoring machine learning services database services and storage services.
- Experience with Python and advanced SQL.
- Strong knowledge of various databases including MS SQL MySQL Oracle etc.
- Solid hands-on experience implementing and optimizing ETL pipelines.
- Availability to occasionally work extended hours (nights and/or weekends).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and implement ETL processes for efficient data extraction transformation and loading.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure data integrity.
- Analyze and troubleshoot integration-related issues providing technical support and ensuring timely incident resolution.
- Perform thorough testing to ensure integrations work correctly and without errors before production deployment.
- Ensure all data integrations comply with applicable security standards and regulations protecting sensitive and confidential data.
