We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive with foundational Business Development (SDR) experience to join our growing team. This hybrid role is perfect for an ambitious professional with 2-3 years of experience who thrives in a dynamic environment passionate about managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals.
You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base by both identifying new opportunities and driving them to successful closure primarily focusing on Brazilian market.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Qualification (SDR Focus):
- Proactively identify and research potential clients within target markets using various tools
- Execute targeted outbound campaigns via email phone on-site events and social channels to generate qualified leads and secure initial meetings.
- Qualify inbound leads to assess their potential and alignment with our solutions.
Sales Cycle Management (AE Focus):
- Conduct compelling discovery calls and product demonstrations to understand client needs and articulate Camblys value proposition.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline accurately forecasting sales opportunities and maintaining CRM data.
- Negotiate and close deals driving revenue growth for the company.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and clients throughout the sales process.
Collaboration & Strategy:
- Work closely with marketing product and customer success teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Contribute insights from market interactions to inform sales and product development strategies.
Qualifications:
- Native in Portuguese business fluent in English.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in a sales-related role (e.g. SDR BDR Junior Account Executive) preferably within a SaaS or EdTech company.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Strong proficiency in cold outreach techniques across multiple channels (phone email social media).
- Excellent verbal and written communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
